The house has everything you need. It has a nice Livingroom, outside terrace with enough sunbeds, umbrellas and chairs. The swimmingpool is not heated but okay. Bed and bathrooms are fine too. Villanovo has a good website, good villas, good communication.

The close access to the beach, location, en suite rooms, great pool, Elena was wonderful, overall a great trip. Overall I was happy with working with Villanovo. I thought the response time could have been quicker but towards the end when working with Amaya the response time was very quick. The deposit amounts/balance amounts document was very confusing (as per the many emails I sent and I spent way too much time trying to figure out the way it was presented since the numbers weren't matching up. Other than that I thought the process was pretty good. Everyone was willing to offer help when they were available to do so and I would recommend Villanovo to friends and colleagues.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr groß. Es gibt verschiedene Außenbereiche, wo man sich aufhalten kann. Der Pool war super. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Villanovo war immer prompt und zuverlässig. Habe dabei nichts zu beanstanden.

House is perfect for what we were looking for: rooms in suite, good open spaces, etc. Excellent having a gym and the BBQ. Villanovo are good agents. Some clarity at the beginning on the steps to follow would have been good. Some surprise on the billing process, but quickly sorted out at our satisfaction. Very good support and attitude all time.

Everything was perfect from the moment Francisco greeted us until we hugged Rui goodbye. We would have gladly stayed longer if the villa had been available! Die Lage der Villa, mit ihrer malerischen Aussicht, ist einfach hervorragend! Die wunderschöne Terrasse sowie der Pool und der private Weg zum Strand, alles top!! Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt im Allgemeinen auch keine Wünsche offen. Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich und das Personal stand immer liebevoll zur Verfügung!

Everything about the villa was spectacular—the pictures simply don't do it justice. From the views (stunning!) to the villa itself (warm, luxurious, yet comfortable) everything was perfect. Many rentals can feel antiseptic and devoid of personality, but this villa was inviting; it felt like you were staying at the lovely home of a friend. The live-in villa staff (and stand-in chef) could not have been more accommodating. The food prepared was wonderful (and we had some picky eaters!), and no request was too great—everything from extra coffee to purchasing more wine for us. Our check-in contact was also great. From the day we checked in to the day we left, she was responsive, helpful and kind. Great, helpful Villanovo staff. Very thorough and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about this villa. It was absolutely beautiful and so tastefully decorated. The details inside and outside are gorgeous. The country side setting is so charming and in my opinion the best way to stay in the Algarve, away from the over developed (and not always nicely developed) accommodations closer to the coast). The villa is very functional and is very well equipped, from a good coffee machine to an electric citrus press to make fresh orange juice (straight from the garden). The garden is also out of this world (one of the reasons I chose this villa), lots of cute areas to sit, walk around and discover an incredible variety of trees and vegetation. Villanovo was very helpful. Answered all my queries very quickly and called me whenever we needed more direct communication. Their onsite partners in the Algarve were also very professional and helpful.

Fantastic house - a lot of fun with something for everyone, all generations. Our party of 18 people ranged from 3 - 77 years. Everyone had so much fun. Great level of service. The house has excellent amenities, entertainment areas, and appliances. Highly recommend. Villanovo very good & responsive.

Globalement nous sommes tous très contents de la location et de son emplacement, à la fois les adultes et les ados. La maison est très spacieuse et à 10 on ne se sent pas du tout les uns sur les autres, avoir une douche pour chaque chambres est très bien au bord de la mer. Elle est très bien équipée et souvent avec des produits de qualités. Elle est confortable, propre, très facile à vivre, avec une très belle vue et calme, merci encore à Lisa de nous avoir acheté les ingrédients du premier petit déjeuner et d’avoir fait le suivi des locations et restitutions de vélos. La villa fait partie d'un Resort sécurisé et que donc nous avons accès aux avantages du club house et de l’hôtel. Par example cours de gym gratuits, salle de sport, hammam mais aussi coiffeur, centre de massage, piscine du club du resort, etc Possibilité de réserver facilement tennis et golf Navettes qui vont à la plage de la maison, il faut tout de même 25-30 mn à pied pour la plage, si on inclut la traversée de la passerelle Femmes de ménages présentes 5 jours sur 7, gentilles et très discrètes Merci encore pour la qualité de votre écoute (un vrai plaisir) et de votre réactivité (dont celle sur rembourssement de la caution !) à répondre à nos demandes tout au long de ce process avant et pendant la location …Nous nous sommes sentis en confiance et entre "d’excellentes mains"… J
