Stylish newly built villa with a lovely view over Pinhal golf course. It is in a quiet area, but still has an ideal location for easily drive and access the never ending Falesia beach, Vilamouras’ Marina and all of Vilamoura’s sports and leisure facilities.
The villa has a private swimming pool, a barbeque area that includes a traditional wood burning oven, covered dining area and a nice securely fenced garden. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The three first-floor bedrooms have their own balconies. The swimming pool area overlooks the fairway of the Pinhal golf course on the 2nd hole drive.

Indoors

- Ground floor:
On the ground floor there is a hallway that connects to all of the rooms in the ground floor. There is a cloakroom on the left-hand side, as well as a wide staircase to access the first floor.
In front of the hallway there is a wide door to access the big living room. Here you will find a small office area with an antique desk and chair, as well as a living room area with fireplace, sofas, flat screen TV with cable channels, a DVD player and a portable sound system.
On the right-hand side of the living room there is the dining area with table and chairs for 8 people, a nice small library with games and books and a direct door to access the kitchen.
Both, living and dining room have big sliding doors to access the pool area. The dining room door has direct access to the covered dining area outside.
The kitchen is equipped with gas and electric hob, electric oven, big fridge freezer, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast area with table and benches for 4 people. On the kitchen there is a laundry area as well with washing machine.

At last to the right of the hallway you find a twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom with tub.

- First floor:
Climbing the stairs, you access a small hallway that connects to the three remaining bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies.

On the left you have a lovely twin-bedded suite with a balcony facing the pool area and a e-suite bathroom with tub.
In front you have the master suite also twin-bedded with a big balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. For the ones looking for some privacy, there is a small table and chairs to enjoy the sun or have a drink.
To the right there is the last bedroom, overlooking the garden at the front of the villa. This bedroom has a double bed, a en-suite bathroom with tub and a sound system.
