The comfortable living room has a fireplace and two sofas overlooking the pool terrace through the large sliding windows and a spacious dining area for indoor eating ideal for eight persons. 
The reading area has panoramic views over the golf course. 
The kitchen is tastefully designed with white wood, fully fitted and equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

Outdoors

There are three sets of patio doors from the lounge, giving access to the large semi-covered terrace and the lawn beyond. The poolside terraces are extensive with a Gas Barbecue and outdoor dining areas perfect for al fresco meals.

Notes

Pool heating is meter reading (gas): the charge will be according to consumption, daily cost estimate between 130 and 160€ for the 1st days, 90 to 100€ for the remainder, during the summer (15/06 - 15/09 the estimate is 50€ per day - Must be paid locally. - please note: after the heating has been switched on, the cancellation fee is 5 days of heating, the pool heating depends on ambient air temperature, customer care with cover and the dimensions of the pool
