Villa Amarante is a fabulous, very exclusive and private traditional Portuguese Quinta house having 3 floors with 6 bedrooms and annex with kitchenette. The villa a few minutes drive to the Quinta do Lago beach. It has large rooms and exteriors and a jacuzzi is at disposal of the guests.

Room 1
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fan.

Room 3
Master bedroom, 1st floor, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, TV, fan.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fan.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fan.

Room 6
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fan.


Indoors 

You enter the property through a very large hall where you will find a lift for access to either the basement or the first floor. The hall opens up onto a spacious living area and dining room and the doors open to the exterior terrace with wonderful views over the pool area and garden.
The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, with ensuite bathroom equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is also a spacious living room with lazer cable TV and gas fireplace, the dining area with a table for 12 guests, a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with centre island. There is also an office at this level. 
On the first floor, you will find 4 ensuite bedrooms and all are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
On the basement level, there is a gym with doors that opens up to a small living area outside having a bathroom with shower.
The annex has a kitchenette, a bed, a small bathroom with shower, TV lazer cable, cinema room, laundry and garage with access to the lift.


Outdoors​ 

The beautiful lake type swimming pool is shallow end all around and deep end in the middle, of approximately 20 meters length x 8 meters wide. Sun loungers placed by the pool allow guests to take rest. Down by the pool there is a jacuzzi with sofa area where guest will be able to relax on the large sofa. The terraces along the villa are fully equipped with exterior kitchen, a dining table for 12 people and another one with extra table for 6 people to enjoy their barbecue. There is also a fish pond at the back of the villa and kids will surely love it. The property is all fenced with a 2.50 meters high wall and has electric gates for access. 


Location

The location is just off Quinta do Lago Estate and a few minutes drive to the Quinta do Lago beach on a very safe area just around the corner of IBC security office.


Note : The villa was equipped with fire pit, but these are no longer available.
