Villa Blanca is a charming five bedrooms villa with golf views located in the exquisite Quinta do Lago resort. This villa offers excellent standard of accommodation.

Large entrance hall leading to a spacious lounge which looks out over the terrace, garden and swimming pool.
The lounge comprises plentiful and comfortable seating and BOSE music center.
Off the lounge on the left side is a separate TV room which features DVD player and multiple cable channels and off the lounge on the right is a separate dining room.
The fully fitted modern kitchen is equipped with American style fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, has views to the garden and leads to the terrace and barbecue area.
Also off the kitchen is the utility room equipped with washing machine and clothes dryer.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning units and wi-fi access. The cleaning service is from Monday to Friday except on bank holidays.

Outdoors

The gardens are surprisingly mature and are divided between lawns, colorful beds and exotic palms.
The oval shaped swimming pool measures approximately 5m x 8m and has optional heating upon request.

Location

Villa Blanca is located in a quiet area, however only a short drive away from all the facilities in the resort, such as Golf Courses, restaurants, the beach or the Lake.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 65 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 65 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
