Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, private terrace.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Room 4 - Appartement d'invités séparé :
Room, Ground level, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, TV, private terrace.

Note: bedroom 4 is located in a separate guest flat which sleeps 4 (there is a very good quality sofa bed in addition to the double bed).


Indoors

The villa has been completely renovated in a modern and contemporary style. It combines the Portuguese essence with all the comfort and facilities of modern life (air conditioning, Apple TV, Sonos system, ...).
This property, which benefits from a very nice light, consists of a main house (with 3 bedrooms) and a separate guest flat (with a bedroom and a private bathroom).
The patio, which is literally the centre of the villa, has a beautifully floor made with Portuguese tiles. This is a real social area with a fixed barbecue and a large dining table for up to 12 people. 
The well-equipped L-shaped kitchen has large windows that open onto the patio and offer a view of the large private pool terrace. 
You will also enjoy the charming and bright living room with fireplace. From here you can access to a spacious south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the beautiful green surroundings, the village and the ocean. A staircase leads up to the roof terrace, from which you can also enjoy the magnificent view.
The separate guest flat has ample wardrobe space, a TV and its own private terrace.


Outdoors

The villa is set on a generous private plot of 6000m². An automatic remote controlled gate allows access to the property. On either side of the driveway leading to the house, there are lawns as well as olive and fruit trees. You can park several cars.
The property offers beautiful exteriors and terraces offering both sun and shade.
You can also enjoy its pleasant pool (5 x 10 m - depth from 0.6 to 2.2 m), equipped with a jet stream, a diving board and fountains that light up at night. For your comfort, the pool house has a shower and toilet.
The roof terrace has a 4 person Jacuzzi (use on request and at an additional cost) and offers a superb view of Carvoeiro and the ocean.


Location

The villa has a very attractive location. The beaches in this area are among the most beautiful in the Algarve.
Carvoeiro, with its many restaurants and cafes, is only a 10 minute walk away.
There are several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity and you can reach various golf courses and shopping centres within a 10-minute drive.
Faro airport is a 45-minute drive away.


Note

- It is possible to rent only the main house (6 persons - 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). In this case, the guest flat remains closed. The guest flat is not rented separately, so you are assured of private use of the villa with the pool and garden.

- You can also rent the whole property (main house + guest flat - for 7 to 10 persons).

- The jacuzzi can be use with extra cost. If you wish to take advantage of this service, you must indicate it in advance so that everything can be prepared accordingly.
