Indoors

Formerly a beekeeper’s cottage, the house has been completely refurbished into a modern and contemporary one-level beach villa. Well-equipped, with beach-chic interiors, the property is decorated in neutral colours throughout, with fun pops of colour.
The open plan living area with dining table and kitchen leads out to a terrace through glass doors.
The living area has a lovely fireplace, and the property also has air conditioning for warmer days.
On the ground floor there is as well a utility room.
There is an en-suite double bedroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room. The shower rooms are finished to an extremely high standard.

Outdoors

There are some unprotected drops from various terraces and around the swimming pool - young children need to be supervised at all times. 
Please be aware, located 500m away over the water is located the Praia da Rocha Marina. During summer months, this Marina can produce a volume of noise. 

Location

This is an ideal property for family beach holidays, or for those wanting to play golf on one of the area’s many courses. The charming waterside village of Ferragudo, with its shops and restaurants, is only a short walk along the beach, and the larger town of Portimão is just 6km away from the property.
