Beautifully decorated in warm tones and colorful and comfortable furniture, the villa Royko has 365 m2.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, and the living room with television and fireplace, overlooking the terrace. 
One bedroom is also located on the ground floor.
The 3 other bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house.


Outdoors

The terrace is spacious, ideal for enjoying a meal prepared on the barbecue, a few steps from the private pool, with family or friends, overlooking the sea.
You can relax in the sun on the various sun loungers around the pool, or in the large garden surrounding the house.
