Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 twin beds configurable as a double bed. , with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.
Room 3
Suite, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.
Indoors
The villa has 3 level: the ground floor, the first floor and the lower floor.
The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso and filter coffee makers at your disposal. The dining table for 8 persons is in open space with the living room and is equipped with a fireplace, TV with English, French, German and Spanish channels. On this level, you will also find one suite with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds which can be adapted into a double bed if necessary.
The first floor consist of one master suite with double bed. The lower floor offers a games room whith a tennis table, football table, toys for children and a laundry. There is also an office on this floor where extra beds can be placed.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms on the ground and first floor and in the living room. All bedrooms have electric shutters.
Outdoors
The sunny days that Algarve has to offer is a must to spend time in the private swimming pool 10 m x 5 m (depth from 1.10 m to 2.10 m) with salt water and roman steps. The 8 sunbeds and 4 parasols placed on the side of the pool allow you to rest under the shade. The outdoor dining area next to the pool is equipped with a masonry charcoal barbecue. An outside shower is available. Kids will enjoy playing in the garden.The villa has parking for two cars.
Location
Salgados beach is reached within 3 km and Aqualand water park 2.5 km. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are accessible within walking distances. The Amendoeira Golf resort is situated 2 km aways.

The villa is beautiful, the images do not do it justice! All bedrooms have a separate bathroom, and the cellar with the ping pong table and table football was great for our final day in which it unfortunately rained! Only 40 minute drive from the airport and easily accessible from surrounding towns.
